NTC22 Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

The NTC22 platform is intended for individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Use of the platform by anyone who does not meet these requirements is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

• Aged 21 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• A resident of or physically located in Malaysia while using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not subject to any prohibition imposed by an authority or court from participating in gambling activities.
• Not currently experiencing uncontrolled gambling problems or having applied for self-exclusion.
• Register in your own name only — opening an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) NTC22 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or financial details — is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your official Malaysian identification document (MyKad or passport).
• An active email address accessible only by you.
• A Malaysian phone number registered in your name.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your NTC22 account password confidential. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the NTC22 support team immediately via live chat or email at support@ntc22.xyz.

NTC22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through recognised payment methods in Malaysia only. All transactions must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled — once you click "Confirm Bet", the decision is final unless a technical error verified by NTC22 has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption, internet disconnection, or system failure during an active game, NTC22 will refer to server records to determine the valid outcome. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be returned to the player.
• The use of any unauthorized automated software, bots, or assisted tools for gameplay is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports, NTC22 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of sudden changes to results (e.g., postponement of a Malaysia Super League match or a disputed outcome in an e-sports tournament).
• Match odds displayed are based on real-time data and may change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the values used to calculate winnings.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game or table are clearly stated before play begins. These limits may vary across tables and game categories.

NTC22 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all members. To uphold this standard, all NTC22 members are required to observe the following conduct guidelines at all times:

• Treat fellow members, live dealers, and NTC22 staff with respect. Offensive language, threats, or harassment during live casino sessions or in chat rooms will not be tolerated.
• Do not attempt to manipulate or exploit NTC22's systems in any way — including exploiting technical vulnerabilities, engaging in unauthorised player collusion, or committing identity fraud.
• All funds used for betting on NTC22 must come from a legitimate source and belong to you personally. NTC22 takes a serious approach to anti-money laundering.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the ntc22 platform complies with the local laws applicable to you.
• Any attempt to transfer funds between NTC22 member accounts is prohibited except through officially authorized mechanisms.

An NTC22 account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the member's request: You may close your NTC22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be returned following identity verification, subject to any active bonus terms.
• Self-exclusion: Members who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will receive either a temporary or permanent account closure, based on their preference. NTC22 fully supports this decision.
• Breach of terms: ntc22 reserves the right to close any account immediately and without notice if a serious breach of terms is found to have occurred, including holding multiple accounts, fraud, or attempted money laundering.
• Inactive account: Accounts showing no login or betting activity for more than 365 days are considered inactive and subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10.

Following account closure, all account data is retained for the period required under our privacy policy and applicable legal obligations, then securely deleted.

The NTC22 platform is provided on an "as is" basis with best efforts made to ensure continuous availability. However, NTC22 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from your betting decisions, including losses resulting from strategies or information obtained from external sources.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond NTC22's control, including your internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Game outcomes affected by your device failure or internet connection drop during an active session.
• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of the NTC22 platform.

NTC22's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by the member in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Ntc22 takes member privacy very seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by NTC22 Privacy Policy which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

In summary, NTC22 collects data for the purposes of:
